Travel :: Auf Wiedersehen Lucerne

The last three days I spent in Lucerne were an absolute fairy tale.  From our trip up to the Swiss Alps, to feeding swans while eating fondue by the lake, to toasting with a bottle of Veuve Cliquot in our hotel that overlooked the lake, gorgeous buildings, sunset, and mountains...it was simply perfect.  I had the best time with my mom and Amanda, and was really sad to see them go.  Now I am onto Vienna, with plenty of more adventures ahead!

But first, my photo recap of our final day in Lucerne:

{Gorgeous architecture and paintings on the buildings}
{Beautiful white swans swim around Lake Lucerne, giving it even more of a magical feel}x
{More beauty around Lucerne: the bridges, the chocolates, the mountain views, the fondue, the fall foliage, the sunrises and sunsets, the lights glittering against the lake at night}

    1. Thanks Ryan! It was very peaceful, a nice break between all the big cities {Paris, Vienna, London}. Plus, it wasn't tourist season so it was that much better :) Definitely putting Switzerland high up on our must visit list! Miss you!!
